Stopped Working!!
This a scam company. I just don't get how you sell an equipment for 4K, 6 months later, we found that that the machine is defected and they would not replace it or fix it.
I have purchased an Avantco Ice KMC-F-430-BA 30' Air Cooled Modular Full Cube Ice Machine with a 375 lb. Bin - 397 lb from Webrestaurant about 3 months ago.
The machine stopped making ice, and when I called to get the warranty claim going, they never responded. Two months later, once I sent several complaints, they finally responded and decided to void the warranty, so I don't ask for repairs.
This is a scam from both Webrestaurant advertising wrong information and Avantco selling just bad, bad products for 4K. Save your money and don't buy this trash!

I order a Refrigerated Kitchen Prep Table and it arrived not working, so we got it replaced. In less than a year, it stopped working again.
According to the technicians, this fridges are not meant to be used in hot kitchens (which is not covered by the warranty). That is why it's not working, not because the warranty is about to expire and they rather give silly excuses to just not fix it and let the warranty expire. Ready Kitchen Warranty has the worst customer service, they do not let the customer finish a sentence and they start talking over you, because they state they have the only true to any matter.
They are always right despite not even listening to the customer! Don't waste your money and time with these products.

Does not honor warranty
DI have a Unit that needs a compressor it is under warranty. My technician has called your useless warranty department numerous times and either get told to put in the code which doesnt work well gets disconnected.
Two months later I still do not have the compressor and my $3000 cooler is not working. all they do is give you the runaround.

AVANTCO merchandising cooler refrigerator stopped cooling in 18 months. It sits in an open space inside my climaye controlled house.
Obviously, just a bad compressor or closed system leak. AVANTCO will not stand behind it's product simply because it is not located in a commercial business but in a residence.
I have to purchase a new one now and I'm out the $2,000 I spent on AVANTCO after 18 months of use... which is why they are a RIP-OFF.

This is the second fridge I have received from Avantco and both have not worked from out of the box the digital thermostat is off by 7 to 10 degrees the defrost cycle is to long and food stored in it will barely keep at 44 degrees, and that is starting with product out of my other fridge that is temped out at 38 degrees

No parts available for an existing new model that we purchased
Side glass broke on a display case in transit no glass or replacement available was told to find a local glass company to make a replacement. Very odd that you were able to build and source the parts for new glass cases but you dont have the single parts available in case something like this happened. Very disappointing..

Brand new refrigerator stopped working and l wouldnt able get help they said l have to find technician and fix the problem.
User's recommendation: Dont buy very low quality, very bad customer service dont waste your money.
Bad Costumer Service
I purchased a multitude of products from Avantco Refrigiration through the webstaurant store for my business. Unfortunately on the day of installation a piece of one of our products broke and the installing technician reassured us we would get a replacement.
This wasn't the case; they would later claim they could never find a place for delivery. Additionally, one of my refrigeration units has been leaking water since the first day. We contacted them since the beginning and they would fail to get back to us. One time we managed to get a technician of theirs over to our business to notify that we weren't lying the technician proceeded to agree there was an issue and after this we never heard back from them.
Multiple calls and emails later added up to a year of us waiting for a technician to come fix it or an exchange/refund of the product and when we finally could communicate they claimed our warranty was over and there was nothing they could do to help us.
Distasteful interactions, bad costumer service, bad company! Stay away from Avantco Refrigiration.
